What can be appealed
- Content removal
- Message restriction
- Suspension or ban
- Feature limitation
- Material automated decision
- Profile or photo rejection
How to appeal
Use the in-app form or write to {{email_appeals}}. Include your account identifier, the decision you are contesting, the reason and any relevant context.
Human review
Material appeals are reviewed by humans, save for manifestly abusive, duplicate or insufficient submissions.
Possible outcomes
- Uphold the decision
- Reverse the decision
- Replace with a less severe measure
- Request more information
- Update rules where there is a systemic error
